Our grantmaking portfolio comprises catalytic initiatives, collaboratives and targeted grants that streamline the ability of women to reach their full potential and contribute to a growing economy. Our philanthropy targets organizations across the state of Alabama that have unique talents and missions, such as wraparound support, skills training, success coaching, housing, child care and more.
Grant Impact
In the past five years alone, we have transformed the lives of thousands of Alabama women through transformative grantmaking. Our goal is to move 10,000 women into the workforce by 2027. Grants are key to accomplishing that mission.
Grant Focus Areas
Our grants target high-impact interventions by partner organizations to accelerate economic opportunity for women all across Alabama. We help these catalytic entities test and scale solutions to crippling economic barriers for women such as child care and paid leave.
Strategic Initiatives
