Women's Policy Institute unveiled at most successful Smart Party yet

Last week’s virtual Smart Party was a huge testament to the power of inclusive philanthropy. The challenges facing women are great, but the generosity of our community is greater.

We raised over $283,360—our highest Smart Party total ever! And if you haven’t yet given, it’s not too late!

Every dollar invested will support:

• Targeted, high-impact grantmaking to more than 20 partner organizations with whom we co-create innovative solutions that accelerate economic opportunity for women;
• Public policy advocacy to remove barriers and redesign systems to work for, and not against, women;
• Research that illuminates issues most impacting women and ensures women are a targeted part of any solution to the challenges facing our state.

We also made a big announcement about the next phase of our advocacy work: the Women’s Policy Institute (WPI). Strengthening our public policy platform combined with our strategic philanthropy accelerates change.
