About Us

The Brilliant Black Girl Collective, a Fund of Women’s Foundation of Alabama, is a philanthropic community that invests annually in the educational pursuits of Black girls graduating from Birmingham City High Schools.

We fully understand for a young Black girl to become strong, successful, and self-reliant she must have access to resources. She must be able to leverage the power of social capital. She must be assured and affirmed by a village of supporters.
