Program Highlights

• Valerie B. Jarrett in conversation with our President & CEO Melanie R. Bridgeforth about the influence and power of women and the critical role women’s political and civic participation plays in building an equitable society. Ms. Jarrett is a Senior Distinguished Fellow at the University of Chicago Law School, a senior advisor to the Obama Foundation, and former Senior Advisor to President Barack Obama.
• A celebration of the 2020 Smart Honorees, a group of innovative women leading in their field and creating change in their communities
• Jamie Golden, our humorous host with the most. Jamie is the co-host of The Popcast, a weekly pop culture podcast.
